Dubrovnik is the place that I want to come back to over and over again. My first visit in this city in Croatia was four years ago. Our ship, the Norwegian Jade, is scheduled every other week during the summer season in Croatia’s beautiful towns of Split and Dubrovnik.
I was awed by the Dubrovnik Walls when we entered the old town. It is one of the 10 best preserved medieval walled cities in the world.
This is where you can truly appreciate divine creation and human artistry.
The sunset in this city is very beautiful. Best of all, one gets to eat a big tasty big slice of pizza for only two euros.
Croatia is not popularly known for tourism in the Philippines. I remember Croatia at war with Yugoslavia for its independence in the 1990s. Today, we remember Split and Dubrovnik because of The Game of Thrones of HBO.
Dubrovnik, believed to be established by Greek sailors, lies on the Adriatic Sea, in the region of Dalmatia. It is a prosperous city because of its maritime trade and tourism industry.
